Handling
Insurance

Buyer must pay all shipping and handling for items that are returned for any reason. No refunds will be made by us for shipping or handling. Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item less restocking fee if applicable. We are not responsible for items once they reach the shipping carrier. Buyer pays for any insurance on shipping which must be arranged for prior to item purchases. Damage caused by shipping should be resolved with the shipping carrier.

Data CDs

All Data CDs are new from our production department. We do not offer refunds on Data CDs. You will be sent a new Data CD of the same title only if the Data CD you received is determined to be defective. We are not responsible for your computer or it's technical problems or any issues that may arise from the use of our Data CDs. We do not guarantee the quality of or the contents of the original documents the Data CD files are produced from. We are not responsible for poor image quality due to your hardware such as display monitors which have low resolution or are poorly functioning. Data CD image quality may vary and is specified in their respective product description. Most of our Data CDs contain one or more PDF file which can be accessed with Adobe (Acrobat) Reader. You must use the latest version 6.0.2 which can be downloaded free from the Adobe web site. Some of our Data CDs requires a JPEG image viewer program which usually comes with your computer or can be found free on the internet.

Prints

All prints are furnished new by their respective artist unless otherwise noted. Prints may only be exchanged for the same scene and size if proven to be defective from artist. If you are not happy with the quality of the print you may be granted a refund at our discretion. There is a 15% restocking fee on all prints returned for a refund.

Books

All books are new from their respective publishers unless other wise noted in the item description. Books may only be refunded for the same title if the same title is in stock and is proven to be defective from publisher. We reserve the right not to exchange or refund a book if the replacement title is on back order or is currently out of production. Our books on CD are considered Data CDs which is listed above.
